Rachael Osterovich is an American MMA athlete who is a Flyweight fighter who competes in the international arena. She's been competing as an official since the year 2017 competing in both the UFC & Invicta Fighting Championships. In November of 2018 it was revealed that Ostovich suffered a fractured orbital and other injuries after being brutally beat. As a result, she decided to withdraw from the fight against VanZant. The battle of Ostovich vs VanZant on 19 January 2019 was confirmed by Ostovich's doctor. Ostovich was knocked out in the second round by armbar submission. Rachael was scheduled to fight Veronica Macedo on UFC on ESPN+ 14 on 10 August 2019. Polyana Viana was her replacement with no reason. Ostovich's fight against Shana Doboson was set to take place on February 23rd, 2020 during UFC Fight Night 168, in Auckland New Zealand. Ostovich was removed following a positive test for the ostarine. Priscila cachoeira took her place. On the 18th of June that Ostovich was given a one-year USADA punishment for her positive ostarine test on January of 2020. Ostovich, who tested positive on January 3rd for GW1516 and Ostarine in 2020 received an 8-month USADA suspension. The illegal component was discovered in one of her supplements however it did not appear on the labels. On November 28 2020 at UFC on ESPN: Blaydes Vs. Lewis Ostovich faced Gina Mazany. She was thrown out of the fight in the third after body-kicks. Ostovich ended her UFC contract on the 7th of December 2020.
